Acceptance and Understanding

This website is the property of Tours 360 Morocco, legally based in Ouarzazate, Morocco.

Please read these terms and conditions, which must be accepted when contracting services with Tours 360 Morocco.

Refunds on all bookings and payments you make with Tours 360 Morocco, made through any means, are subject to the following terms and conditions.

You must not confirm any booking through our site and/or contract a service unless you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Once we have received your payment we will understand that you have read and understood the terms and conditions that apply to such payments.

If you have any questions, please contact us before making any payment and/or confirmation.

Prices and Currency

The prices reported on our website are in Euros and US Dollars (unless otherwise stated).

Reservations and Payments

A deposit of an amount equivalent to 20% of the total price informed will be required to proceed to confirm your reservations. The final balance must be received by Tours 360 Morocco within 30 days prior to the date of arrival at the starting point of your trip. If payment of the final balance is not received by the deadline, Tours 360 Morocco reserves the right to cancel reservations. Those bookings made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival at the starting point of your trip must be paid in full before the date of arrival.

You have the possibility to pay by credit card (Paypal) or by bank transfer.

Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

Payments made by bank transfer are not subject to any surcharge. Tours 360 Morocco will take as payment for the contracted services, the amount actually credited to your bank account free of transfer fees charged by issuing and correspondent banks. Any difference that may arise will be the responsibility of the client to settle it through the available means of payment.

Reservation Modifications

In case of requesting a modification of a confirmed reservation, Tours 360 Morocco reserves the right to apply a minimum charge of 50€ as an administrative fee.

Cancellations

In case you need to cancel a confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of €250. If you have paid less than €250, there will be no refund.

In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed between 30 and 20 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 25% of the total price of the contracted services.

In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed between 20 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the total price of the contracted services.

In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed between 9 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 100% of the value of the contracted services.

Refunds

Those activities and tours booked by Tours 360 Morocco as part of the services you have contracted and that cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, will be fully refunded.

This refund does not apply to cancellations due to acts of God or force majeure (war, terrorism, state of siege, natural or nuclear disasters, epidemics, quarantine, customs or medical regulations, fire, labor disputes or strikes, etc.).

In the case of contracting travel programs, there shall be no right to reimbursement for services included and/or contracted not used during the same by decision of the clients/passengers, such as lodging expenses, car rentals, tours, etc.

Variation of prices

All prices are subject to changes and variations. In the event of a possible fluctuation of prices, rates, taxes or any other item that affects part or all of the price of the contracted services, Tours 360 Morocco will inform you of such variation or fluctuation as far in advance as possible.

The changes and/or variations in the prices originated in the reasons indicated in the previous paragraph must be paid by the clients/passengers prior to the beginning of the contracted services.

Web Site

The information contained in our website is basically informative and illustrative of the services we offer, and may eventually contain errors or involuntary omissions, arising during the loading of such information. Tours 360 Morocco is not responsible for any such errors, omissions or failure to update such information.

Changes and Cancellations

Due to the fact that reservations are generally made significantly in advance, it may eventually become necessary to make changes or modifications to the contracted services. In such case, you will be notified about such changes in price, route, itinerary, hotel, transportation, etc. If such variation or modification generates any inconvenience that makes it impossible to use the contracted services, you will not be obliged to go ahead with the reservation and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Tours 360 Morocco reserves the right to change and/or cancel confirmed reservations due to security related issues, adverse weather conditions or other operational issues. You will be notified of such changes as far in advance as possible. If changes to confirmed reservations cause you any inconvenience that makes it impossible for you to use the contracted services, you will not be obliged to proceed with the reservation and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Tours 360 Morocco, its employees, collaborators and/or associated companies shall not be obliged to make any compensation when modifications or cancellations are made due to acts of God or force majeure (war, terrorism, state of siege, natural or nuclear disasters, epidemics, quarantines, customs or medical regulations, fires, labor disputes or strikes, etc.). Neither shall there be any liability on the part of Tours 360 Morocco and/or its collaborators and/or employees and/or associated companies for problems caused by technical failures, delays or cancellation of flights, or for changes in travel due to health or safety reasons of the clients/passengers.

Accommodations and Meals

In all cases the prices of the tours and programs are calculated using double occupancy accommodations, with private facilities and in hotels of the categories mentioned in the respective programs. Please ask us for specific prices for people traveling alone (single basis) or in the case of three or more people traveling together.

Programs do not include pre-registration for use of rooms (‘early check in’) earlier than the usual check in time or for use after check out time of hotels and accommodations (‘late check out’).

Programs do not include meals and beverages, unless expressly mentioned otherwise.

Other Inclusions

Transportation, general admissions, guided or autonomous visits, tours and other complementary services are only included when expressly mentioned in the programs. Anything not expressly included in the respective programs is excluded.

Personal Expenses

Expenses of a personal nature of the clients/passengers, such as telephone calls, laundry, gratuities/gratuities, services requested in the room, optional tours, beverages, etc. are not included and will be at your expense and contracted under your responsibility.

Travel Insurance

No travel insurance is included in the cost of the services contracted with Tours 360 Morocco. As for any other trip abroad or outside your usual place of residence, it is highly recommended that all clients/passengers take out travel insurance to protect them against charges for cancellation of flights or other means of transportation, loss or damage of luggage or other personal effects, accidents or health problems, or any fortuitous event that may arise during your trip. Please consult our sales agent if you have any doubts.

Air Tickets

International or domestic air tickets necessary to carry out the contracted services are not included in any of our programs (unless otherwise stated).

Departure or entry taxes (departure tax or boarding taxes)

The programs exclude international and/or domestic departure or entry taxes. International departure or entry tax must be paid before proceeding with immigration and customs procedures. Please check with the operator with whom you are contracting international and/or domestic transportation services for current rates.

Passports, Visas and other necessary Documentation

It is the responsibility of the clients/passengers to have the correct and valid travel documentation. Tours 360 Morocco does not provide official information on visa requirements or documentation.

Baggage

On domestic flights there are minor baggage allowances. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the clients/passengers. Please consult the information provided by the airline and/or the operator with whom you have contracted the air transportation services regarding baggage allowance and extra charges for excess weight and/or number of bags.

Notification of problems and inconveniences

If any problem or inconvenience should arise during your trip, it is very important that you inform us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving it and minimize possible adverse effects. If for any reason you are unable to inform us of the problem, please inform us in writing within 30 days of arrival in your country, providing all the information you consider relevant. If possible, we will assist you in every possible way to find a solution to the problem.

Special Needs

Tours 360 Morocco undertakes to make every effort to meet any special requirements (e.g. special diets, people with special needs, etc.) and to inform the suppliers of your request at the time of booking. It is important that you communicate these special requirements to us in detail and as far in advance as possible.

Independent Contracting

Any contracting or arrangements that clients/passengers initiate independently are at their sole responsibility and expense. Tours 360 Morocco will not assume any liability or reimbursement with respect to these arrangements.

Liability and Scope

This website is the property of Tours 360 Morocco, who will make all necessary efforts and within its reach for the proper management and organization of reservations of programs, tours and other services offered on the website. The images shown on the site are included for illustrative purposes only and may not match, in all cases, with the places included in the programs.

Tours 360 Morocco shall not be liable for the consequences of any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or for the failure of one or more of the services managed by its suppliers, such as transportation, hotels, cruises, or any other activities and/or services not directly owned or controlled by Tours 360 Morocco.

Tours 360 Morocco shall not be liable in any way for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons and/or property arising out of or caused directly or indirectly by accidents related to weather, earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars declared or undeclared, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities or any other acts, omissions, or conditions beyond our control. Neither Tours 360 Morocco nor its associates shall be liable for any additional expenses or charges arising from the liability and/or negligence of the clients/passengers contracting the services offered, nor as a consequence of the aforementioned causes.

Tours 360 Morocco shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons and/or property, nor for accidents that may occur when using any of the services provided by Tours 360 Morocco and/or its suppliers.
