Itinerary: 8 Days from Agadir to Merzouga Desert, Fes, Rabat & Marrakech

Day 1: Agadir - Taroudante - Taliouine - Ait ben Haddou- Ouarzazate.

Around 8 am our guide will pick you up at your hotel or riad in Agadir to start our 8 Days from Agadir to Merzouga Desert, Fes, Rabat & Marrakech tour, after about an hour drive we will reach the city of Taroudante (known as the little Marrakech), where we will stop to enjoy and photograph the impressive wall that surrounds the city of Taroudante. We will continue our journey to Taliouine, known as the city of saffron, is the heart of the saffron growing area in Morocco and we will have the opportunity to visit a local saffron producing cooperative. We will continue our route to Ait Ben Haddou, located 30 kilometers from Ouarzazate. We will visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the largest and oldest of all the Kasbahs of Morocco. Declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, the Kasbah is a large fortification built in adobe that is located within the route of the thousand kasbahs. We will continue our excursion to Ouarzazate, known as the Gateway to the desert or the Hollywood of Africa, as the city has one of the largest film studios in the world, where many famous movies have been filmed that you have surely seen as "Gladiator", "The Jewel of the Nile", "The Sahara", "Babel".... In the afternoon-evening, we will arrive at our accommodation in Ouarzazate, a typical riad with charm where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Ouarzazate - Valley of the Roses - Todra Gorges - Merzouga - Dromedary ride - Night a berber camp.

After breakfast at the riad, we will start this second day of our 8 days tour from Agadir. We will begin our journey to the Sahara desert through the "Route of the thousand kasbahs" the fascinating fortifications and adobe villages that will accompany us in the landscape throughout the tour. We will make a stop in Kalaat M'gouna, "The city of the rose", this village located in the Valley of the Roses is known for the production of roses and for its annual festival held in May during the spring harvest of this beautiful flower. We will continue the excursion to the Dades Valley and Tinghir where we will visit the Todra Valley. Along the way we can enjoy and photograph the breathtaking panoramic views of the ancient Berber adobe villages that dominate the valley. In the Todra Gorges, we will stop to walk under the 300 meters high reddish cliffs that form this impressive natural site, where many climbers come to enjoy their favorite sport. After this stop, we will continue our journey to Rissani where we will have time to have lunch and relax before continuing our excursion to one of the highlights of our eight days tour from Agadir and the most sought after destination for visitors to Morocco, the Sahara desert and the impressive Merzouga Dunes, we will head to the meeting point where we will change vehicles and exchange our vehicle for the backs of your private camels that will be waiting for you for a pleasant camel ride of about an hour between the magical dunes of Erg Chebbi and explore the mysterious sands of the Sahara while watching the spectacular sunset between the dunes. Back at the Berber camp, we will have time to stretch our legs and relax with a welcome tea. We will have dinner under the stars and then enjoy a live Berber drumming show. Day 3: Merzouga - Erfoud - Ziz valley - Atlas mountains - Ifrane - Fes

the third day of our Moroccan Adventure starts in the morning, we will come back with our camels to take the vehicle, we leave for Rissani, Morocco's first imperial city, then we pass again through Erfoud & through the Ziz Valley with its panoramic views of palm groves and gorges, We return to the Atlas to cross it again, but this time through the port of Tizi-n-Talghomt, we arrive at Midelt where we will have lunch, after this break, we will continue to the Azrou forest where we will find the famous native monkeys living in the wild. We continue our journey to Ifrane or Moroccan Switzerland. We continue our way to the city of Fes, where we will arrive in the afternoon.

Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes

After breakfast, we will make a tour of the old city of Fes and its medina one of the famous Imperial Cities of Morocco, the largest and most famous medina in the Arab world, we pass through the Jewish quarter, entering through the Boujloud Bab, the most famous gateway that leads us to Dar Batha, visit Bou Inania, the madrasas or the Koranic school of Fes. The tour continues through the Suke Chouara tannery to discover the fascinating process of leather making. Then we will pass by the Karaouiyine Mosque, founded in the 9th century.

Day 5: Fes - Meknes - Rabat

In the morning we depart to Rabat, on the way we will pass through Meknes and head to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis; an ancient Roman city.
In the afternoon we will arrive at Rabat, the capital of Morocco, we will see the historical monuments, Mohamed V and Hassan II Museum, Kasbah Oudayas, Kasbah chella.

Day 6: Rabat - Casablanca - Marrakech
