אנא קרא את התנאים וההגבלות הללו, אותם יש לקבל בעת חוזה שירותים עם Tours 360 Morocco.

החזרים כספיים על כל ההזמנות והתשלומים שאתה מבצע עם Tours 360 Morocco, המבוצעים בכל אמצעי, כפופים לתנאים ולהגבלות הבאים.

אין לאשר כל הזמנה דרך האתר שלנו ו/או להתקשר לשירות אלא אם כן אתה מבין ומסכים לתנאים ולהגבלות הבאים.

לאחר שנקבל את התשלום שלך, נבין שקראת והבנת את התנאים וההגבלות החלים על תשלומים כאלה.

מחירים ומטבעות

המחירים המדווחים באתר שלנו הם באירו ובדולר אמריקאי (אלא אם צוין אחרת).

הזמנות ותשלומים

פיקדון בסכום השווה ל-20% מהמחיר הכולל שנמסר יידרש כדי להמשיך לאשר את ההזמנות שלך. את היתרה הסופית יש לקבל על ידי Tours 360 Morocco תוך 30 יום לפני תאריך ההגעה לנקודת ההתחלה של הטיול. אם תשלום היתרה הסופית לא יתקבל עד המועד האחרון, Tours 360 Morocco שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל הזמנות. הזמנות אלו שבוצעו פחות מ-30 יום לפני מועד ההגעה בנקודת ההתחלה של הטיול יש לשלם במלואן לפני תאריך ההגעה.

יש לך אפשרות לשלם בכרטיס אשראי (Paypal) או בהעברה בנקאית.

תשלומים המבוצעים בכרטיס אשראי כפופים לתוספת של 2.5%.

תשלומים המבוצעים בהעברה בנקאית אינם כפופים לתוספת תשלום כלשהי. Tours 360 Morocco ייקח כתשלום עבור השירותים שנקבעו בחוזה, את הסכום שזוכה בפועל לחשבון הבנק שלך ללא עמלות העברה שנגבו על ידי הבנקים המנפיקים והמתכתבים. כל הבדל שייווצר יהיה באחריות הלקוח להסדיר אותו באמצעי התשלום הקיימים.

שינויים בהזמנה

במקרה של בקשת שינוי של הזמנה מאושרת, Tours 360 Morocco שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להחיל חיוב מינימלי של 50€ כעמלת ניהול.

ביטולים

במקרה שתצטרכו לבטל הזמנה מאושרת יותר מ-30 יום לפני מועד ההגעה, תהיו זכאים להחזר של הסכום ששולם בניכוי דמי ביטול בסך €250. אם שילמת פחות מ-€250, לא יינתן החזר.

במקרה שתצטרכו לבטל הזמנה שאושרה בין 30 ל-20 ימים לפני מועד ההגעה, דמי הביטול יהיו שוות ערך ל-25% מהמחיר הכולל של השירותים הנחוצים.

במקרה שתצטרכו לבטל הזמנה שאושרה בין 20 ל-10 ימים לפני מועד ההגעה, דמי הביטול יהיו שוות ערך ל-50% מהמחיר הכולל של השירותים הנחוצים.

במקרה שתצטרכו לבטל הזמנה שאושרה בין 9 ימים לפני מועד ההגעה, דמי הביטול יהיו שוות ערך ל-100% מערך השירותים המוסכם.

החזרים

פעילויות וסיורים שהוזמנו על ידי Tours 360 Morocco כחלק מהשירותים שחברתם עליהם ושלא ניתן לבצעם עקב תנאי מזג האוויר, יוחזרו במלואם.

החזר זה אינו חל על ביטולים עקב מעשי אלוהים או כוח עליון (מלחמה, טרור, מצב מצור, אסונות טבע או גרעיניים, מגיפות, הסגר, תקנות מכס או רפואיות, שריפות, סכסוכי עבודה או שביתות וכו').

במקרה של התקשרות עם תוכניות נסיעות, לא תהיה כל זכות להחזר עבור שירותים שנכללו ו/או חוזה שלא נעשה בהם שימוש במהלך אותה החלטת הלקוחות/נוסעים, כגון הוצאות לינה, השכרת רכב, סיורים וכו'.

שינויים במחירים

כל המחירים כפופים לשינויים ולשינויים. במקרה של תנודה אפשרית של מחירים, תעריפים, מיסים או כל פריט אחר המשפיע על חלק או על כל המחיר של השירותים המועסקים בחוזה, Tours 360 Morocco תודיע לך על שינוי או תנודה כזו כמה שיותר זמן מראש.

את השינויים ו/או השינויים במחירים שמקורם בסיבות המצוינות בפסקה הקודמת יש לשלם על ידי הלקוחות/נוסעים לפני תחילת השירותים המוסכם.

אתר אינטרנט

המידע הכלול באתר האינטרנט שלנו הוא ביסודו אינפורמטיבי וממחיש את השירותים שאנו מציעים, ובסופו של דבר עשוי להכיל טעויות או השמטות בלתי רצוניות, הנובעות במהלך טעינת מידע כזה. Tours 360 Morocco אינה אחראית לכל שגיאה, השמטות או אי עדכון מידע שכזה.

שינויים וביטולים

בשל העובדה שבדרך כלל ההזמנות מבוצעות באופן משמעותי מראש, ייתכן בסופו של דבר יהיה צורך לבצע שינויים או שינויים בשירותים המותקשרים בחוזה. במקרה כזה, תקבל הודעה על שינויים כאמור במחיר, מסלול, מסלול, מלון, תחבורה וכו'. אם שינוי או שינוי כאמור יגרמו אי נוחות כל שהיא שתאפשר את השימוש בשירותים שנקבעו בחוזה, לא תהיה מחויב לבצע את ההזמנה ואתה תהיה זכאי להחזר של הסכום ששולם.

Tours 360 Morocco שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות ו/או לבטל הזמנות שאושרו עקב בעיות הקשורות לאבטחה, תנאי מזג אוויר קשים או בעיות תפעוליות אחרות. תקבל הודעה על שינויים כאלה כמה שיותר זמן מראש. במידה ושינויים בהזמנות שאושרו יגרמו לך אי נוחות אשר לא מאפשרת לך להשתמש בשירותים המוסכם, לא תהיה מחויב להמשיך בהזמנה ותהיה זכאי להחזר של הסכום ששולם.

טורס 360 מרוקו, עובדיה, משתפי הפעולה ו/או החברות הקשורות בה לא יהיו מחויבים בתשלום כל פיצוי כאשר שינויים או ביטולים נעשים עקב מעשי אלוהים או כוח עליון (מלחמה, טרור, מצב מצור, אסונות טבע או גרעיניים, מגיפות, הסגרות, מכס או תקנות רפואיות וכו', שריפות, שריפות, סכסוכי עבודה או שריפות). כמו כן, לא תהיה כל אחריות מצד טורס 360 מרוקו ו/או משתפי הפעולה ו/או עובדיה ו/או חברות קשורות לבעיות שנגרמו כתוצאה מכשלים טכניים, עיכובים או ביטול טיסות, או לשינויים בנסיעות עקב סיבות בריאותיות או בטיחותיות של הלקוחות/נוסעים.

לינה וארוחות

In all cases the prices of the tours and programs are calculated using double occupancy accommodations, with private facilities and in hotels of the categories mentioned in the respective programs. Please ask us for specific prices for people traveling alone (single basis) or in the case of three or more people traveling together.

Programs do not include pre-registration for use of rooms (‘early check in’) earlier than the usual check in time or for use after check out time of hotels and accommodations (‘late check out’).

Programs do not include meals and beverages, unless expressly mentioned otherwise.

Other Inclusions

Transportation, general admissions, guided or autonomous visits, tours and other complementary services are only included when expressly mentioned in the programs. Anything not expressly included in the respective programs is excluded.

Personal Expenses

Expenses of a personal nature of the clients/passengers, such as telephone calls, laundry, gratuities/gratuities, services requested in the room, optional tours, beverages, etc. are not included and will be at your expense and contracted under your responsibility.

Travel Insurance

No travel insurance is included in the cost of the services contracted with Tours 360 Morocco. As for any other trip abroad or outside your usual place of residence, it is highly recommended that all clients/passengers take out travel insurance to protect them against charges for cancellation of flights or other means of transportation, loss or damage of luggage or other personal effects, accidents or health problems, or any fortuitous event that may arise during your trip. Please consult our sales agent if you have any doubts.

Air Tickets

International or domestic air tickets necessary to carry out the contracted services are not included in any of our programs (unless otherwise stated).

Departure or entry taxes (departure tax or boarding taxes)

The programs exclude international and/or domestic departure or entry taxes. International departure or entry tax must be paid before proceeding with immigration and customs procedures. Please check with the operator with whom you are contracting international and/or domestic transportation services for current rates.

Passports, Visas and other necessary Documentation

It is the responsibility of the clients/passengers to have the correct and valid travel documentation. Tours 360 Morocco does not provide official information on visa requirements or documentation.

Baggage

On domestic flights there are minor baggage allowances. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the clients/passengers. Please consult the information provided by the airline and/or the operator with whom you have contracted the air transportation services regarding baggage allowance and extra charges for excess weight and/or number of bags.

Notification of problems and inconveniences

If any problem or inconvenience should arise during your trip, it is very important that you inform us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving it and minimize possible adverse effects. If for any reason you are unable to inform us of the problem, please inform us in writing within 30 days of arrival in your country, providing all the information you consider relevant. If possible, we will assist you in every possible way to find a solution to the problem.

Special Needs

Tours 360 Morocco undertakes to make every effort to meet any special requirements (e.g. special diets, people with special needs, etc.) and to inform the suppliers of your request at the time of booking. It is important that you communicate these special requirements to us in detail and as far in advance as possible.

Independent Contracting

Any contracting or arrangements that clients/passengers initiate independently are at their sole responsibility and expense. Tours 360 Morocco will not assume any liability or reimbursement with respect to these arrangements.

Liability and Scope

This website is the property of Tours 360 Morocco, who will make all necessary efforts and within its reach for the proper management and organization of reservations of programs, tours and other services offered on the website. The images shown on the site are included for illustrative purposes only and may not match, in all cases, with the places included in the programs.

Tours 360 Morocco shall not be liable for the consequences of any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or for the failure of one or more of the services managed by its suppliers, such as transportation, hotels, cruises, or any other activities and/or services not directly owned or controlled by Tours 360 Morocco.

Tours 360 Morocco shall not be liable in any way for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons and/or property arising out of or caused directly or indirectly by accidents related to weather, earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars declared or undeclared, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities or any other acts, omissions, or conditions beyond our control. Neither Tours 360 Morocco nor its associates shall be liable for any additional expenses or charges arising from the liability and/or negligence of the clients/passengers contracting the services offered, nor as a consequence of the aforementioned causes.

Tours 360 Morocco shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons and/or property, nor for accidents that may occur when using any of the services provided by Tours 360 Morocco and/or its suppliers.
